We, at Coquitlam’s Earl Haig Retirement Residence, pride ourselves on our quality customer service and creating a safe and aware environment for both tenants and employees.
We also get excited when we hear about other venues and/or their employees going the extra mile to provide great customer service. In this particular instance, perceptive and proactive customer service by Domino’s Pizza employees saved a life!
When a customer who religiously ordered pizza delivery from this particular location failed to call in his usual order, the customer service representatives felt something was off. They didn’t just sit back and let it go while thumbing their phones – they did something about it, and it saved his life!
